The palate is gentle, dialing in the sweet nutty flavors with added depth from vanilla frosting, butter cake, Allspice Dram, and cinnamon-raisin bread. For its proof, the whiskey takes water well, turning oakier. The finish has moderate length and fades softly and sweetly into cinnamon sugar and toffee.
