A blend of ryes from New York’s Taconic Distillery (95% rye, 5% malted barley) and Nobletons Distilling House (90% rye, 10% malted barley) in Missouri. It has a vibrant nose of spiced pear, lemongrass, muddled mint leaves, orange sorbet, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and caramel sauce. The palate veers toward spicy, with cinnamon, allspice, jalapeños, oak, and pecan pie. The mid-length finish adds dill and just a hint of orchard fruit.
