A swirl of honeycomb, malt, apple, berries, and sultanas on the tongue, there’s a crescendo of peat smoke, gingerbread, hazelnuttopped chocolate cake, brown sugar, and black pepper, spilling over to leave a long chocolaty, smoky finish.
