Crown Royal 31 year old Extra Rare Blend, 46%

The nose is curious, with notes of Pine-Sol and blueberry giving way to glazed fruitcake, sundae cherries, and honey. The palate has some nice weight to it, and a nice tart kick to boot, thanks to unripened raspberries and berry coulis. Eventually, hot fudge and chocolate-covered cherries surface. Wood spice, cherry cough drop, and chocolate tie this up with a neat little bow. (Release date: 10/24)
