Crown’s final release in the Noble Collection is distilled from 100% barley and leads with a nose overflowing with cinnamon rolls and sweet cream frosting. With time, apple pie, cream cheese frosting, and honeyed oats gently emerge. The palate is delicate and sweet with layers of vanilla frosting holding together sugar wafers, cereal grains, and a whisper of toasted oak.
