The nose leads with damp forest floor, a hint of smoke, and ripe berries. The palate flips the script, leading with berries and cream, banana pudding, and vanilla bean, with the smoke offering a supportive backbone. Dried pineapple, toffee, and candied walnuts fill out this well-balanced malt. The finish is lightly oaky, with more vanilla, berries, cinnamon, and a whisper of dying embers. (Release date: 11/24)
