It’s sweet and complex, with honey, macadamia nut, gingersnap, cinnamon, black currant, and marron glacé, becoming sweeter with Danish pastry, marmalade on toasted brioche, and mandarin, leaving a buttery mouthfeel on the finish with sugared almonds and a gentle oakiness.—JM
