Dalmore Select Edition 18 year old (Distilled 2007, Bottled 2025), 46.7%

This is part of a duo, released alongside the 2010 version. The nose offers well- aged oak, maple syrup, chocolate, and old leather. On the palate, vanilla pastries, dark fruit, baked peaches, poached pears, and dark chocolate. The finish is long, warming, and beautifully balanced with rich flavors of chocolate, coffee, licorice, spice, and mellow oak.
