Price: 550 ● Issue: Fall 2026 ● Reviewer: David Fleming ● Category: Bourbon/Tennessee Whiskey

The second whiskey in the Daniel Weller series, known for its experimental releases. This uses spelt, a species of wheat, in place of rye in the mashbill, and is aged 10 years. Honey, maple syrup, and clove create a Christmasy nose, The palate is full of coconut, vanilla, and dried herbs, with a finish that is somewhat dry. Powerful but well balanced, with sweet flavors bursting through.
