A dual madeira and armagnac cask finish gives this rye an incredibly fragrant nose, where honeysuckle, dark dried fruits, cinnamon spice, toasted nuts, baked apple, and chocolate all mingle. Rich chocolate on the palate swiftly gives way to dark fruit, more baking spice, and espresso bean. The finish is deep and long lasting, with delicious notes of dark chocolate, cooked plums, warming spice, and black coffee.
