Deanston 10 year old Bordeaux Red Wine Cask Finish, 46.3%

This was matured in bourbon casks and finished in Bordeaux red wine casks that’s combined with single malt fully matured in Bordeaux red wine casks. Aromas of red pear, apple, black grape, floral blossoms, hard fruit candies, and a hint of aniseed. The enjoyable palate of red fruits, milk chocolate, and peppercorn works well without significant further flavor development, leaving sweet baked apple, red fruits, and spice on the finish.
