Finished in oloroso casks as part of a four-stage aging process, this has aromas of summer red berries, red currant, dry spices, apple, citrus peel, creamy custard, malted milk, and a hint of candied ginger. Those delicious strawberry and red currant notes continue on the palate, supported by vanilla fudge, mild spices, citrus peel, fruitcake, and roasted almonds.
