The final step of the four-stage aging process uses French oak casks slowly toasted with hot Icelandic magma stones. Vanilla toffee richness, milk chocolate, lemon cake, dried orange peel, elderflower, allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the nose. The palate is satisfyingly smooth with mandarin, orange hard candy, vanilla, cake mix, dark chocolate, toasted granola, and cinnamon. It fades to a creamy finish with toasted oak flavors.
