Finished in palo cortado sherry casks as part of Dewar’s four-stage aging process, this is an elegant blend presenting fine oak spices. Honey, lemon drops, bitter almond, green olive, vanilla, citrus peel, fresh florals, and dried pear on the nose. The thick, glossy mouthfeel has flavors of honey, citrus peel, grapefruit, vanilla fudge, raisin, peach, and pear. There’s a nibble of pepper under the tongue on the creamy and orchard fruit finish.
