Dewar's Double Double 30 year old PX Sherry Cask Finished, 46%

The four-stage aging process concludes with a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finish, resulting in aromas of allspice, date, prune, black cherry, sultana, antique wood polish, new leather, violin rosin, and cacao nibs exuding from the glass. It’s fabulously thick and chewy, with flavors of cherry, choco- late, allspice, date, stewed fruits, brown sugar, and cola. It turns slightly savory with fading spices on the finish.
