This was matured in a ratio of 65% bourbon, 30% port, and 5% PX sherry casks. The aromas swirl with cherry, plum, blackened spices, Red Vines, marmalade peel, cookie dough, and ripe cantaloupe. Layers of flavor and complexity on the palate, with strawberry, clove, gentle oak, and smooth caramel kept in check by a tart port character. Dark chocolate on the finish, with hints of blackened oak.
