Triple distilled and relaunched at a higher proof, this is matured in a ratio of 47% bourbon, 31% oloroso sherry, and 22% PX sherry casks. Dried red berries, jam tarts, pomegranate, baking spices, and stracciatella gelato on the nose. Gentle honey-brushed brioche flavors with raspberry jam Linzer torte, cinnamon, nutmeg, malt, vanilla fudge, and a slight nuttiness. It rounds off with a smooth, creamy, malty finish with tingling spices.
