The nose opens with honey-roasted nuts, sesame crackers, cantaloupe, shortbread, vanilla, and honeysuckle. The palate is honey drenched and sweet, with vanilla, peppercorn spices, clove, dried herbs, cinnamon, and caramelized brown sugar. Cinnamon, brown sugar, and hazelnuts on the finish.
