Carnival notes of candied apple, cotton candy, cherry cola, and a hint of orange peel on the nose, along with licorice, burnt brown sugar, and melted caramel. A deep, rich palate offers notes of dried fruit, toasty wood, dark chocolate, cinnamon spice, and light herbaceousness. Wood char, spice, bitter chocolate, and white pepper complete the finish.
