Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask Bossa Nova Brazilian Amburana Cask Finished, 56.4%

A bounty of sweet treats is at play here, thanks to aromas of glazed raisin cake, cinnamon, licorice, milk chocolate, and coffee cake. These aromas transfer to the palate, which is rich and resplendent with buttered cinnamon-raisin bagel, cinnamon French toast, and raisin bread; with water, these flavors practically burst from the glass. The finish is more of the same, but that’s a welcome development, as it’s certainly a delicious ride.
