There’s a woodiness to the palate, and more Bing cherry flows in, calling to mind Fig Newtons and dates. Some toasted nuts, mainly hazelnut, and caramel latte soften the flavors. Black coffee and black pepper on the finish; it trends bitter and lasts long, though there’s still more cherry woven through.
