With a single pot still recipe that includes barley, malt, and Irish barra oats, this was fully matured in tawny port casks. Red fruits and spice abound on the nose, with red apple, ripe Victoria plum, fresh cherry, florals, ruby grapefruit, and underlying pot still spiciness.
