Dubliner's Steelers Select, 42%

The first of three annual releases for the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers, the nose is invigorating with caramelized sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, graham cracker, ground ginger, and black mustard seed. Light in texture with plenty of sweetness, it has flavors of dried apple, honey, vanilla, malt, cinnamon, pepper, and caramel, but could certainly use a little more body. A flare of spice to finish, leaving a lasting impression of vanilla and caramel sweetness.
