Vanilla ice cream, banana, sugar cubes, green waxy leaves, and subtle spices on the nose. It’s made from 93% corn, 2% rye, and 5% barley, and the rum cask gives it a sweet, fruity profile. The light to medium body on the palate has flavors of lime zest, creamy custard, tangerine peel, peach, mango, and tangy spice, with a finish of sweet tropical fruits, vanilla, and peppery spice.
