This has more body and spices on the nose, with toasted coconut, peppercorns, nectarine, white pear, and black currant mousse. The flavors play out nicely with nutty caramel, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, clove, oak spices, and a hint of cacao. Each Dunbrody recipe is different: This one uses 50% barley, 32% corn, and 18% rye. Orange peel and cola on the finish show more cask character at work.
