Price: 150 Issue: Summer 2025 Reviewer: Shane English Category: Bourbon/Tennessee Whiskey

Polished oak, musty books, and cracked leather on the nose make for a quintessential well-aged bourbon. On the palate, oak sings the lead, with caramel apples, cinnamon sugar, and molasses in the background. Despite the oak’s promi- nence, it isn’t overpowering. From nose to finish, the whiskey’s aromas and flavors feel lived-in. There’s quiet complexity behind the oak that comes through especially on the long finish, where sweetness and oak come into perfect balance. (Release date: 1/25)
