Evan Williams 2016 Single Barrel Vintage (Barrel No. 704; 2025 Release), 43.3%

According to Heaven Hill, this holds the distinction of being the only vintage-dated single barrel on the market. Being a slightly older bourbon, there’s some nice wood spice on the nose, accompanied by Honey Nut Cheerios, peach slices, and caramel syrup. The palate is beautifully textured and, while spicy, it never overpowers; cinnamon candies swirl around with rum-raisin ice cream, sundae cherries, and apple crisp. Brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee cake make for a delightful finish.
