Fettercairn 16 year old, 46.4%
Price: ● Issue: Winter 2025 ● Reviewer: David Fleming ● Category: Single Malt Scotch
Aged entirely in bourbon barrels, this is the first 16 year old to be a member of Fettercairn’s core lineup. Pine forest starts things off on the nose, but there are tropical notes— lemon and lime—tea, chocolate sweetness, and orange peel all gracing the palate. The finish is long and tropical, with more citrus. A Highland with tropical zest and flair.
