A 2020 addition to the Fettercairn stable, this expression was distilled using chocolatemalt, and matured in first-fill bourbon casks before a finishing in sherry and portcasks. The nose is slightly meaty, with raisins, black treacle, white pepper, and darkchocolate. Smooth on the substantial palate, with drinking chocolate, plums, blackpepper, cinnamon, and a savory note.
