Given the stock this young distillery can draw on, we should embrace variation between batches. The nose has citrus peel, barley sugar, orange-glazed muffins, walnut, and lively pan-roasted spices. This is sweet and delicious, with a lovely glossy mouthfeel. Its flavors of vanilla, orange peel, red apple, red grape, and peppercorn edge into honeyed nectarine and Quaker Oatmeal Squares. There are baked peach flavors on the dry finish (1,200 bottles for the U.S.)
