Michael Bublé’s whisky—made in collaboration with distiller Paul Cirka and Heaven Hill—is approachable, light, and dessert forward. On the nose there’s pound cake, whipped cream, sugar cookies, and red licorice. The palate is full of bake shop and confectionary flavors, matching the nose, though offering little contrast. Cinnamon rolls, sweet almond cookies, and cannoli filling round out each sip. The finish is short and sweet, like a one-song encore. (Release date: 10/23)
