Made from grains grown, harvested, and milled at this Fallon, Nevada distillery. This one has the same mashbill as its flagship bourbon— 66.6% dent corn, 10% winter wheat, 11.4% winter rye, and 12% two-row barley. A sweet nose of brown sugar, fragrant herbs, orange slices, and pipe tobacco is followed by a smooth yet thick and chewy palate and long finish, with well-integrated spicy oak, orange, red berries, brown sugar, and generous chocolate.
