Fuji 50th Anniversary Single Malt, 52%

History in a glass, composed of aged malt whiskies going back through the decades to 1973, this has a bountiful nose of fruit and flowers on a cream base: lychee, mango syrup, ground ginger, caramel, balsa wood, vanilla cream, dried flowers, and white pepper. A deliciously thick mouthfeel with ripe apricot, butterscotch, malt, white pepper, apple crumble, caramel, and a moreish, creamy finish of toffee apple.
