Batch-distilled at Mount Fuji Distillery from a mash of corn and malted barley in pot and column stills. The nose is rich and indulgent with toffee, vanilla, jellied black fruits dipped in chocolate, and oak spices. There are little explosions of tangy and tropical fruit on the palate amid flavors of honey, orange peel, apple pie, gooseberry, pineapple, vanilla cream, and caramel. Soothing, serene, and rather special.
