A brief flutter of lemon, before a nose of honey, sea salt, and apple take charge, adding notes of grist, pepper, and fragrant spices over the sweet core. Creamy on the palate, with honey lozenges, red apple, pepper, green apple hard candy, and dried fruits suggesting a sherry-cask influence. This has great weight and mouthfeel, with hints of salt and lengthy milky coffee notes at the end.
