Matured in bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this rich and spicy dram has blackberry, blueberry, citrus peel, strawberry bubble gum, ozone, vanilla seeds, toasted spices, and brittle toffee on the nose. Blueberry, plum, vanilla fudge, and lively spices hit the palate, with a latter phase of dried vine fruits, fruitcake, cacao nibs, fig, and hints of cola. Orange peel, drying oak, and raisins on the finish.
