Carefully finished in custom casks seasoned with an oloroso/PX blend, this permanent expression has a nose of prune, date, bitter orange marmalade, plum, and cherries in syrup. It has a bright, succulent mouthfeel with baked orange, plum, red apple, and peppery spice, staying sweet, juicy, and fruity through- out. A long finish presents sweet red apples, forest honey, and peppercorns. A truly vibrant whisky for its age. (Release date: 1/25)
