The nose on this PX sherry-finished version of Signet has aromas of fruity coffee beans straight from the roaster, espresso foam, black cherry, rich orange peel, gianduja, and an underlying loamy earthiness. It’s decadent, with incredible depth, as dark plum, coffee bean, and morello cherry perk up the taste buds, with clove, licorice, and leather following. Toasted hazelnut, dried cranberry, and tiramisu on the finish.
