Charred wood, delicate smoke, and hot honey engulf lighter aromas of berries, pineapple, and anise. While led by peat, the smokiness shares space with the fruity notes, showing incredible depth. The palate is similarly complex, with lively berries, marzipan, and roasted nuts mingling with chile pepper spice and a whisper of extinguished campfire. The finish turns sweet with vanilla frosting, chocolate croissant, and sweet tea.
