Bold, intense aromas of figs, currants, cola, Garibaldi biscuits, treacle, oak extrac- tives, and fragrant spices with a little heat, then the palate follows through with prune, fig, sultana, black cherry, licorice, pepper, brown sugar, malt, and leather.
