A light and elegant nose of honey, vanilla, barley, lemon balm, and white pear, with subtle hints of orange peel, toffee, and oak spices. The texture is wonderfully rich and syrupy, with raspberry jam, mixed peel, red apple, cinnamon, dried apricot, crystalized ginger, creamy almond, lemon mousse, and silky oak.
