Green River Honey Finished, 46%

Green River added locally sourced raw honey directly into the barrel during aging. This nontraditional step results in an amber-hued spirit with the aroma of breakfast pastry with whipped cream and raspberries. It (unsurprisingly) has honey flavors, along with some peanut brittle, mixed berries, milk chocolate, and minerality. It finishes like a honey cough drop, along with Cracker Jacks, toasted vanilla, and pleasant tannins.
