Drawing on 500 year old traditions of the master awamori distillers, this Okinawan whisky has a gentle, slightly perfumed nose of crème caramel, baked peach, dried grasses, stewed fruits, candied peel, a hint of prune juice, and a pinch of wood spices. Clean, fruity, and light-textured with watermelon, dragon fruit, Life Savers, citrus peel, pepper, clove, red apple, red currant, and a finish of mixed peel and spicy mincemeat.
