Heaven Hill 2018 Grain to Glass (2025 Release), 52.5%

Made with the same mashbill as the 2024 version (52% corn, 35% rye, 13% malted barley) but using a different corn varietal (Becks 6225), in keeping with Heaven Hill’s plan to use a different corn strain each year. Dried herbs mingle with vanilla sweetness, peanuts, strawberries, and mellow oak on the nose, continuing to a palate of baked red berries, rye spiciness, and bitter chocolate, balanced against the oak. This presents a beautifully aged finish.
