Heaven Hill 2018 Grain to Glass (2025 Release), 52.6%

Made with a slightly different mashbill from the 2024 version, using the same rye level (62%) as last year but slightly less corn and more malted barley. Red berries, blackberry tart, warehouse floor, and grape jelly on the nose. Deep cherry and red berry are balanced against subtle chocolate and baking spice on a smooth palate. A beautifully built whiskey with the flavors all working together in harmony.
