Heaven Hill 2018 Grain to Glass Wheated (2025 Release), 53.3%

Part of the second annual release of Heaven Hill’s Grain to Glass collection, whose mashbills are made from local grain. Soft and mellow vanilla and malty notes on the nose, with a palate that offers muted spice, vanilla, cinnamon, banana, orange, red berries, and sweet malt. The balance is superb, and the fruit flavors resonate. A very long, sweet, and mellow finish filled with fruit and spice.
