This especially well-aged bourbon uses a heavy corn (78%) mashbill, along with 10% rye and 12% malted barley. Cola nut and caramel are the opening acts, complemented by a toasty character on the palate with graham crackers, gingerbread, clove, and barrel spice. The finish is extra long and quite chewy, with a bit of peppercorn spice along with burnt marshmallows, dark chocolate, and a wisp of ultra-sweet banana.
