Created from just 27 barrels produced by three Heaven Hill master distillers over the years: Parker Beam, Denny Potter, and Conor O’Driscoll. Cotton candy, caramel, and rich sweetness on the nose, with tobacco leaf at the edges. Vanilla and baked red berries on the palate, against savory spice. The finish is drier and less sweet, but overall, this one offers plenty of complexity.
