Lots of pine wood and new oak on the nose, in addition to green banana, yerba mate, sunflower butter, green-tea ice cream, and envelope adhesive. It’s green with a bit of solvent. The palate has a silky texture, with black tea, pepper spice, brown paper bag, powdered matcha, and orange marmalade. The finish is the best aspect, with light chocolate, pineapple slices, and lemon. It’s youthful, light, fruity, and delicately spiced.
