Wood spice with a little peat smoke, vanilla cream, dried apricot, golden sultana, apple rings, and orange peel make for a tantalizing combination of scents. Named after the Swedish word for sea, the palate is awash with a concentration of sweet fruit, pepper, clove, and wood spices, yielding to dried mango, papaya, light honey, apricot, and peach, until a second wave of spiciness washes over everything.
